The Rough Hollow HOA is excited to help and assist all of our new residents. We hope you are settling in nicely! If you are a new homeowner/tenant, please click HERE to fill out the eForm to notify the HOA staff so we may get your information! Please read all of the information provided below thoroughly.
Since you've just closed on your home, your contact and address information has not cleared/updated through the FirstService Residential Resale/Transfer Department. For this reason, we would like for you to fill out the eForm with your contact information and new address. If you haven't done so already, please fill out the eForm HERE before continuing. Don't worry though, it can take up to 45 business days to transfer into our system. Once transferred, we will send out an additional email to you with your account number, how to pay dues, resident portal info, and more!
During this time, we advise you to swing by the HOA office at 903 Highlands Blvd, Lakeway TX 78738. Please bring your closing documents so that we may verify proof of payment and residency! When you come to the office, we will have your 2 free amenity fobs and welcome bag ready for pick up! Your fobs are under warranty for 1 year from the day of pickup. If you lose or damage the fob, we have you covered!
Please note that additional key fobs are $25. If you would like to purchase extra fobs, please visit our office to do so. (Cash or check is the only option for fob payment). Fobs are used for the Highland Village amenities. Amenities include, lazy river & pools, the tennis courts, basketball courts & dog park. The fobs are also used at the Yacht Club amenities which include, the Marina pool, fitness center, and for the 10% dining discount at the Grille!
This website has HOA forms, ACC applications/information, the HOA calendar, and some further HOA information you may need. Create your account to reserve tennis and basketball courts, as well as “one time” field reservations at: https://app.courtreserve.com/Online/Portal/Index/9226 Should you have any questions, please contact us at 512-261-4600, or send an email to [email protected] for more details.
