Kayak Lottery
Please make sure you are submitting for the lottery. Fill out the form below for your name to be added the lottery submission closes: May 21 at 4:30 PM.
South Shore 2 Board Meeting
REMIDNER: Board meeting on May 19th is canceled. Notice will go out when rescheduled.
HOA Dues Reminder
Please make sure your HOA dues—whether monthly or semi‑annual—are paid and up to date. If you’re unsure of your current balance or need help reviewing your account, please email us or log into your Clickpay here see if you have an outstanding balance. Unpaid dues will result in no amenity use or reservations.
Street Parking Rules
Vehicles may not be parked on the street or left overnight this will result in a violation.
Trash Cans
Trash and recycling bins must be brought in promptly after collection day. Bins left out past service days will result in violations.
Highland Village Pools
As a reminder as the summer in almost here families are only allowed 4 guests per household and please no parties of any type are allowed at the pool. Pool monitors will be starting shortly please make sure you bring your pool fobs with you to the splashpad and pool areas as they may verify your residency.
Splashpad Information
Parents, please make sure you’re cleaning up after yourselves and your little ones. For sanitary reasons, all kiddos must wear swim diapers while playing or swimming in the splash pad. As a reminder please no furry family in the splash pad for sanitary reasons.
