Amenity Use Reminder:
When using the amenities, please remember to lock your vehicle and keep all valuables out of sight or at home!
Pet Leash Reminder:
Please keep all pets on a leash at all times whether walking through the community or near the amenities to help keep other residents, children, and fellow fur babies safe.
HOA Dues Reminder:
Please make sure your HOA dues whether monthly or semi‑annual are paid and up to date. If you’re unsure of your current balance or need help reviewing your account, please email us or log into your ClickPay account to check for any outstanding balance. Unpaid dues will result in loss of amenity access and the inability to make reservations. For residents on a semi‑annual payment schedule, dues are billed January 1st and July 1st every year.
Kid Safety at the Amenities:
Please keep a close eye on your children while using the amenities we want everyone to stay safe and help prevent little ones from getting hurt.
Trash Cans:
Trash and recycling bins must be brought in promptly after collection day. Bins left out past service days will result in violations.
Highland Village Pools:
As a reminder now that summer is here, families are allowed 4 guests per household, and no parties of any kind are permitted at the pool. Our pool monitors are already actively monitoring the pools, so please remember to bring your pool fobs with you to both the splash pad and pool areas, as they will verify residency.
Splashpad Information:
Parents, please make sure you’re cleaning up after yourselves and your little ones. For sanitary reasons, all kiddos must wear swim diapers while playing or swimming in the splash pad. As a reminder please no furry family in the splash pad for sanitary reasons.
